Lady Bear Strength & Conditioning

Strength, Speed, Power, Agility, Endurance, Vertical
Jump, Flexibility, Mental Toughness & Confidence =
CHAMPIONS
This
camp is for all Lady Bear athletes’ grades
9-12. This camp provides our athletes an opportunity to stay in shape and
get ready for the upcoming 2008-2009 athletic seasons. This program runs
Monday-Thursday from 9:00-10:30 a.m. for six weeks.
The
Lady Bear Strength & Agility Course will run the following weeks:
June 16-19 July 14-17
June 23-26 July
21-24
June 30-July 2
July 28-31
Cost: $45.00 for the six weeks course. Make checks
payable to:

Bring: water bottle,
sunscreen, workout clothing, A GREAT ATTITUDE!

starting spot?
No one can ever be promised
or guaranteed a starting position, but a good work ethic is always beneficial.
Why should I attend?
A stronger, quicker, more
agile athlete who is mentally tough is a better athlete…Period.

forms into Coaches during Athletic periods.
Waiver
I. the undersigned, do hereby
waive and release La Vernia ISD, the La Vernia Lady Bear Strength and
Conditioning Course, and its directors, staff, La Vernia ISD faculty, staff,
and administration from payment of claims resulting from injuries suffered
during participation during the Strength & Conditioning Course. I also
request, authorize, and consent to care, and treatment given to said
participant by any physician, nurse, hospital, or camp representative should
illness or injury occur.
