YEARBOOK SALES:  Yearbooks go on sale February 4 for $20.00.  Please place your completed order form and payment in an envelope with your child's homeroom teacher's name on the front.

TECHNOLOGY CLUB:  The 3rd session of the Technology Club, hosted by District Technology Director, Allen Bordelon, will begin Thursday, January 14 and will meet each Thursday after school for six weeks.  Details and permission slips are available on the bulletin board outside the front office.   Permission slips are due to the office by February 12th.

VALENTINE CARDS ON SALE:  The Cub Council is selling Valentine Day cards in the front hallway of Building 1 each morning.  They are on sale for $.60 (or 2 for $1) and are available for delivery to anyone in the district.

DISTRICT FACILITIES DEDICATION:  Everyone is invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for all of the LVISD improvements and renovations.  It will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at the football stadium at 2:00 P.M.

LABEL, LABEL, LABEL:  We already have a pretty large collection of jackets, coats, sweaters, lunch boxes, etc. and none of them are labeled.  The PE teachers have laid these lost items out around the gym floor and walked every student in the school past them - and very few get claimed!  If you will label all of your child's items, we promise to help you save money by seeing that they are claimed by the rightful owner.  We appreciate your help!
